During our stay of one night, we enjoyed a very comfortable room that was beautifully furnished. The nearby National Anzac Centre was only a short drive away, making it a convenient attraction to visit. The breakfast offered a wide selection and was delicious, perfect to energize us for our explorations. We also appreciated that the staff assisted us with dinner reservations, which turned out to be excellent choices.

the beach was perfect for our stay. the location is just 150 metres from the shore, and we loved the beautiful garden with its calming water feature. our colonnade king spa room felt so homely thanks to joan's careful attention. fantastic breakfast options had us ready to start our days!

my stay at the beach was fantastic! the warm welcome from sally and craig, along with excellent breakfast options, exceeded my expectations during this city break. the short walk to middleton beach and the beautiful garden made it all the more special.

the wi-fi could be faster.

Parking at the rear can be tricky, especially for larger 4x4s, as the spaces can get tight. The bathroom's open layout to the bedroom lacks the privacy you'd expect, and the balcony is disappointingly small, feeling more like a ledge. Breakfast hours can be inconvenient. finishing too early on Sundays makes it hard for late risers to enjoy.

The stay included beautifully appointed rooms and a fantastic breakfast featuring fresh meat that energized the morning. the open layout of the bathroom lacked privacy, making it awkward to use. the bathroom showed signs of wear, with a need for upgrades and some maintenance issues like broken fixtures. Despite the lovely decor, these drawbacks impacted the overall experience.

My stay at The Beach was fantastic! The location is perfect, just 50 yards from the beach, and the made-to-order breakfasts were superb, beautifully presented, and delicious. Craig and Sally were exceptional hosts, welcoming me like a long-lost friend. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with transport to local events made my stay memorable. The homemade cakes available for afternoon tea were a delightful touch.
